Construction wasn’t the career Jim Hutcheson had planned on. He worked in construction while pursuing his college degree, but after graduation, he moved on to the business world. But it wasn’t long before he realized that he loved working with his hands and with people, helping them turn their ideas into reality—and he missed it. Armed with firsthand experience and business acumen, he decided to open the doors to his own company in 2001. From there he began to build his brand by focusing on his two main passions: people and small businesses.In 2007, Jim married his sweetheart Melissa and added her to his team. Together the two continued to develop their business and build quality commercial properties across the state of Georgia. Today, Jim and Melissa specialize in every aspect of the Commercial Construction Process, including: Tenant Build Outs, Renovations and Add-ons, White boxes, Demolition, Finish Work, and New Construction. They pride themselves in the detailed and efficient process they’ve created for clients, from helpful checklists and guidance materials to comprehensive, easy-to-follow estimates.The best thing about construction according to Jim?
