The Loganville Family Chiropractic Build Out is Underway

The metal stud walls are framed in the white box space in Logan Village Shopping Center, Loganville that will soon become Loganville Family Chiropractic.

The ceiling was also painted with dry-fall paint and that was completed earlier this week. This photo includes a shot of the track lighting that is being installed.

Over at Road Runner last week..the duct work was being painted with Dryfall Paint.Dryfall paint is a type of paint used paint for fast refinishing of ceilings by airless spray application. Designed so that under normal conditions of application the overspray does not stick but falls to the floor as dry dust which may be swept up without damaging the surface (the surface must be dry). Dryfall paint makes it possible to paint ceiling beams, girders, trusses, corrugated metal, concrete, wood, etc without the costly operation of covering. It also contains flash rust inhibitor to minimize rusting when applied over ferrous metals.

A shot of the water resistant drywall (also known as green board) being installed in one of the two restrooms. The ceiling grid overhead is installed and ready for the acoustical ceiling tiles that will be installed later.
